This is our “jumbo” jar for all those who like to eat local honey and therefore want to buy it in larger containers.
The honey comes from different areas in our region for each batch, it is a typical summer blossom honey that is balanced in taste and sometimes crystallizes hard. If this bothers you, simply heat it slowly (preferably not above 45 degrees) and the honey will become completely liquid again.

The blossom honey comes from our colonies in the capital and is typically a linden honey. The honey has a typical and sought-after tart taste – just like lime blossom (typically known from lime blossom tea)

Clear honey, mainly from acacia (robinia), which remains liquid for a long time. If the honey does (naturally) crystallize, it can simply be liquefied again by carefully heating it.

Our Viennese creamed honey is obtained exclusively from our bee colonies in Vienna and then stirred until creamy.
